A.L.C. accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 21 days of the delivery date. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS return shipping label and print the required return authorization slip to include inside your package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, affix the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
